At Greg Ring Personal Training, I customise individual programs to help you reach your goals utilising various different training systems relating to your aspirations be it cardiovascular, building muscle (hypertrophy), flexibility or simply improving posture.
I cover most areas in South London and use a state of the art personal training studio in East Dulwich (SE22) to take sessions. If you would rather train outside, I also travel to whichever area is most convenient for you be it in the comfort of your own home, garden, or local park.
